How do you post my order?
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 in the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked for other countries.
When possible recyclable large letter cardboard boxes and reuse jiffy padded envelopes are used.
Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days once payment has been received.
Do you offer Free delivery?
All UK orders over £50 qualify for Free Shipping.
This will automatically be applied at checkout.
International shipping is exempt from Free Shipping.
How do I return an Item?
If you change your mind about your purchase:
You can send it back to us within 14 days and receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs.
Your right to cancel begins on the date you place your order and ends 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the product.
You must email us at [email protected] including your order number to cancel your order.
Your purchase must be in its original packaging and unworn.
Refunds will only be made via the original payment method and will be refunded as soon as we receive your purchase back.
You will be required to package up the item and return it at your own cost.
We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected).
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
– Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
– Bespoke commissioned, Custom made or personalised orders.
If there is a problem with your order:
We pride ourselves on our high standards however occasionally issues can happen.
If you think a product is defective then please email Stacey Smith as soon as possible at [email protected] with a detailed description of the fault and, if possible, photographs of any wear and tear or similar damage to the products.

Do you use ethical suppliers?
All Oink Design products are made from 100% recycled silver where possible.
We pride ourselves on only using the highest quality materials sourced from ethical suppliers so you can proudly wear your jewellery; looking gorgeous and feeling amazing, guilt free.
Do you attend Fairs and events?
You can find Oink Design at multiple events throughout the year from local Farmers Markets to large Country Fairs and you will often find me working and demonstrating on my stall.
